Has anyone recently had their scooter rental breakdown within a Park?
I rented from Scooterbug in December and my fully charged rental refused to power on in the morning and began beeping steadily at my resort. After speaking with the company, they said they would need to send a replacement, BUT, it was my responsibility to push the non-operating scooter to Bell Services. Most people who require an ECV cannot walk let alone push it! I was at Saratoga Springs out in the Congress Park section which takes a mobile person about 15-20 minutes to walk to Bell Services. I told them that was not physically possible and had no one to help me. It became a huge issue where they weren’t going to deliver another scooter unless I got it to them
I’m looking for a different company, but I want to make sure that they would come to me wether I am at a resort, or in the Parks if there was an issue.
