I have a Three Queen - Two Room reservation for the PVI and just found out they do not have an elevator.

PVI only has two Three Queen - Two Room, one downstairs and one upstairs.

I will be using an ECV and if I am not on the ground level, PVI said you park the ECV outside by the employee entrance.

Outside doesn’t sound very secure, even if I take the key with me.

Has anyone done this with their rental ECV at the PVI?

I think I might need to find another place to stay this trip. Where I can have the ECV inside at night.

What do you think?

I don't know about the PVI, but the CCI often has ECVs charging outside in the parking lot. I know that people have said the CCI will charge the ECV for you, so I assume the hotel is keeping an eye on them. You can call the CCI to ask about this.

I've seen a few guests do this at Tropicana, but they also have 24 hr valets at the the lot entrance. I'm not sure if PVI has valets, as well. Personally, I would just feel a bit uncomfortable leaving it outside, since most of the keys are universal. Maybe a bike lock would be helpful and put your mind at ease?

They have 24 hour security at the Park Vue Inn, constantly walking the property. We’ve seen numerous ECV’s parked outside.

I used an ECV for the first time my last trip and stayed at Desert Inn & Suites. They have elevators. I took mine up the elevator into my room. Some people did have theirs charging in the lobby at night, but if the keys are really universal, I would not do that.
