ECV & Disneyland

I dont see a disAbilities thread for Disneyland so I thought I would ask here first. My husband will need and ECV as he had knee surgery. I know outside rentals are cheaper. Does anyone know of a business in California outside of Disneyland that rents these vehicles? Thank you for your help
