All the pictures/videos I've seen show a level entrance from the sidewalk to each unit with no steps. Most have private gardens surrounded by a fence, but there's a gate in the fence (not sure how easy it would be to open).
Inside, it looks like there's a lot of space in the downstairs living area. The trick may be finding the best place to plug in your ECV to charge it.
This video starts with a view of the route from the sidewalk into the garden cottage, as well as a review of the entire unit after the most recent remodel.
Thank you. I was concerned about the paths into the units. We will find a place to plug it in as the downstairs part of the unit is spacious. There is no problem climbing stairs as the disability has to do with lung issues and my husband therefore needs the ECV for conservation of Oxygen, not necessarily mobility.
