Ebay sellers- benefits of a store

I have been selling on eBay for a couple of years now. Not hard core but steadily kind of as a hobby and for vacation $, Christmas $, etc. I have mostly used my free listings up to now. I received an offer for a free eBay store for 1 month and I am wondering what the benefits of having a store are. I think the listing and selling fees are lower but there is a monthly fee for a store if I understand it correctly. Can anybody shed some light on this for me?

From what you have described, I would say it would likely not be a good fit. You did get a bit of a discount on selling fees and you get more free listings, but you need to sell a pretty good volume per month to cover the store fee.

The store also has additional listing tools and you can do sales and other things.
