ebay question

I had an item listed and ebay atuo filled in free shipping (how very nice of them !!!)
I dont do free shipping so this pratice droves me nuts

any ways I have a buyer that paid--when I explained the error they still want the item and are willing to pay for the postage
my question is how do I do this
is there some invoice or do I need to cancel it and relist and have them buy it again--Id have to refund their money first though wouldnt I

I would cancel the sale and relist. If you try to tack on more fees they can and likely will protest with ebay/paypal.

BTW, if you cancel and re-list, you could take the chance that the buyer changes his or her mind and won't buy it again. So, you have to consider this option as well.

You get opportunities to check the listing before it is posted live on eBay so I'm not sure why you, or any seller, wouldn't catch that "free shipping" is the default option on eBay.
