Ebay Question ... help.

Hi ... I am not sure where to post this question. I bought a pin lot on Ebay and just received it today. Its just for fun trading for the kids and I was so excited when I bought it ... however 14 of the pins do not have the disney stamp at the back. Plus there are 27 missing from the lot. What do I do ... its my first pin purchase on Ebay? I am so disappointed ... Please Help.

If there are 27 missing from the lot - contact the seller - that is not acceptable. Give them a chance to send the extra pins before leaving negative feedback and reporting them to Ebay.

About the Disney stamp on the back - did the listing specifically state that these were "official" disney pins?

HI ... I sent the seller an email, explaining the situation as soon as I counted and checked the pins. I have not left any negative comment as it could be just a mistake on his part. I went back to the listing and it specifically states, "These pins are great for trading at the Disney parks; they all have the Disney backstamp, no Sedesma backstamp." I hope he gets back to me soon. Its put such a damper on my day. Hope everything will work out.

Give the seller a couple of days to make the situation right (48 hours) and advise them that you will report this to ebay if necessary BE VERY SPECIFIC in your emails and SAVE ALL of them! If you don't get anywhere you can always do a "CHARGEBACK" if you paid through PAYPAL... good luck!
