Ebay pkg not received, when to contact seller?

How long should I wait before contacting the seller? I paid for the item May 23 and she said she "ships daily". It's been 10 days. She has well over 5000 feedbacks with about 99% positive. I'm not mad (well a little aggravated), but I want my items. Is it too soon to ask about this? I don't want to nag.

I don't think it would hurt to ask when it was mailed and see if there is a tracking number or something similar.

It's more than likely (with your seller great feedback) the post office being slow. I've sent things 1st class that arrived in 2 days, but an item I sent priority took 14 days. Did you pay through Paypal? If so, the seller has to have a tracking number to be covered under seller protection. I would ask for the tracking number & how she mailed your item. For example, media mail takes at least 2-4 weeks. I don't think you are being a nag if you are asking about tracking. Sbella

I had bought a package and 10 days had passed and i did not receive it so i contacted the seller and she had simply missed mailing mine and thought she had. I received it shortly in the mail... just contact them.. it could be something simple as that.

I would simply contact the seller and ask when it was mailed & if they have the tracking number. I know that one time the seller thought he had mailed the item to me (he had left feedback when he thought he sent it), but when I got in touch with him & told him I hadn't received it yet, he double checked & realized it hadn't gone out. Not only did he send it quickly, but he sent me an extra item to make up for the delay!

Can't hurt to inquire. Remember though, there was a holiday weekend and being an ebay seller myself, it does throw your schedule off a bit.
