ebay listing fee question

I sold a book on ebay--when it ended and I wasn't getting paid I sent the

buyer a message--her response was that she had already gotten the book

before the auction ended

I replied that since I turned down other offers since she put in a bid she needed

to go through with the deal--

its been a few days and I haven't heard anything so I went through the resolution center on ebay

its been a few days now and she hasn't replied to ebay either

so now my question is how do I get back the fees ebay takes and relist the book?

Ive only been selling since Oct and this is the first time I ever had any issues

but Im sure there are a lot more stories worse then mine!!

Open a non-paying buyer case in the Ebay Resolution Center.

I believe once you open the case through the Ebay Resolution Center it says you have to wait 4 days and then if the buyer does not respond you can close the case and Ebay will automatically refund your fees to you.
