EBAY ? I need help!!

I had a winning Bidder on one of my auctions and I sent out his package the next day. I sent it Priority Mail with a Confirmation # that it was shipped. He emailed me today saying that he looked up the confirmation # and it said it had been delivered but he didn't get a package. He asked what address I sent it to and I sent it to the address that came up with his Paypal payment. I am still waiting for him to reply to which address I sent it to. I have never had this happen before. What do I do? I have a confirmation # but I don't know what to do if he didn't get the package. Please and help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

After the delivery, it is out of your hands, you followed you end of the bargain. He needs to take it up with the shipper.

Yes it does show it was delivered. I did tell him just now that I think the next step would be to file with the post office. I hope this works out.

You fulfilled your obligation as a seller and that was sending out the package to the buyer w/confirmation number. If it states that it was delivered, you as the seller are no longer responsible; like it or not, the buyer needs to contact the post office. Hope it works out too !

I trade Disney pins (often) through USPS, and I often buy Delivery Confirmation.
Just so happens within this last month I had a trader e-mail me stating she did not receive the pin I mailed.
The USPS showed it was delivered several days prior to her e-mailing me. (Gave date and time)
I e-mailed USPS and asked them what to do, and I gave my e-mail address, along with the other person's.
They replied it was up to the intended recipient to contact their local post office branch the item was sent to. They supplied the phone number, address, location and even who needed to be contacted.
From there it was going to be between the recipient and their local post office on where and how the package was delivered.
It didn't go much further as then the trader magically found the package in her house.
