ebay website does say.....' Be sure to specify shipping costs and related service charges in your listings. It's against our rules to provide unclear or misleading shipping information'...............i think stating u were shipping expedited shipping and than shipping parcel post was misleading..............still not sure what i will do.....i have never never never left a neg rating......but I really want to in this case......

While it might irk you, you've already indicated that she refunded you for the two items and partial shipping. What else are you expecting? You can't keep the item and not pay for it. One pound costs $6.50 to ship to anywhere in the US. Anything weighing 13 ounces or more is considered to be at the 1 pound rate for the USPS. The only thing I can think of is not leaving positive feedback

no i never considered keeping and not paying......i had wanted to ship back but thougth she should absorb the cost of shipping............since she changed from expediated to parcel post without asking me or letting me know..i found out thru post office after a bunch of emails between me and seller....and instead of 3 items in bag there was 1........she NEVER once acknowledged a mistake on her part....just that she shipped that way cause it was multiple auctions she kept stressing it wasnt a big deal.....but there is a big difference between recieving something after 3-5 days or after 20 plus days or not at all
