Hi, looks like you did a good job! Watch out, selling on eBay can be as addictive as this board!
A few tips (just my opinion, don't have to take them)- I would lower your s&h costs for the paper programs. I would pay up to $4 for a item I knew didn't weigh that much. Plus, if you ship media mail, it won't cost you much & you still have a little left over for handling.
I would add things like how soon you want to get paid, how soon you would like to here from the winning of the auction, etc. I'll PM you my terms of sale. Feel free to use any or all of it.
You listed insurance as the buyer's responsibility. Insurance is for the seller, not the buyer. Even if the buyer doesn't purchase insurance, it is still your responsibility to cover the item (eBay's rules). I make it manditory insurance if I am selling a breakable item. I would add that to the lamp. Other items, use your judgement. Some items I insure, others I don't. If the buyer pays for insurance, I always purchase it.
Other than that, I think your auctions look great. Check out the discusion boards on eBay (under the Community link). That is great place to get tips on selling & buying. Good luck & I hope you see lots of
green in your auctions! Sbella
