Ebay help please - unpaid item

I've been doing Ebay for a while now saving for my Disney trips. Earlier this month I had my first unpaid item. I filed an unpaid item dispute with Ebay over two weeks ago and there was no response from the buyer. When I check the dispute console it shows that my final value credit is eligible and granted but I don't see any credit in my seller account. I read the unpaid item process and it says after 7 days of no response to the dispute I can close the dispute and receive my credit. I can't find anything that says how I close the dispute. Is there a final step I'm missing? If anyone has gone through this I'd appreciate the help. I'd like to resolve this and re-list in time to sell before our trip next month! Thanks for any help.

I've had this happen a few times. I believe there is something you need to do. It's just a simple click to close it out. You need to go to the dispute console area and 'close' it. Not exactly sure what it's called, but it's in there.
