I mailed about a month ago a package to Nova Scotia. Today it showed back up. There is no explanation as to why. I need to email the buyer and let them know it has been returned. What should I do now? They paid like $30. to have it shipped. Should I return their money less the shipping charges or have her send shipping again and I can try to resend it.

There usually is a stamp that lists the reason it was returned to sender. I would call the post office see if you can find out anything more about it. Are you sure that the address is correct (postal codes transposed or anything like that?) If it is a mistake you made in putting the address on the package then it would be wrong to charge the buyer for postage twice (or at all.) I'd try to determine what happened first and and then ask the buyer what she would like to do.
