Ebay GC question re card #

I bought an Ebay gift card in April and of course I can't remember where I bought it. It has a balance available but I couldn't get it to work this morning. What is a "Redemption Gift Card" #, 13 numbers; vs an "Activation GC" #, 19 numbers plus 4 more on right side of card; vs an 11 digit number, bottom right of card opposite gift card amount? I tried them all except for the 4 extra numbers on the activation code because it wouldn't take it and there was no place for a pin code. I used it once so I must have been smarter that day... Any advice would be appreciated as I was in PPDG and afraid to keep trying and freezing my account.
