Ebates tracking tickets, can no longer see them?

Am I the only one who can't see their recent tracking tickets? I made a large purchase recently, and chose where I did it based on the ebate I should have gotten for a certain website/store. That was a couple weeks ago and I never got confirmation of the pending cash back ($15), nor can I see the tracking tickets at all. Anyone else have this issue? I am wondering if I can get the ebate now, since I can't even see a ticket for it .

Did you select the month? If it was last month you will have to select it in the drop down menu.

I just figured out that they changed it from tracking tickets to "shopping trips." So I can see my "trip" but I sure didn't get any cash back from it, and I was careful to be sure I was making the actual purchase through that link. Will customer service do anything for me? ughh. I think I also just figured out that a camera is not considered an electronic and wasn't included in the ebate, although every other thing they sell was. darn it.

Fill out a "Where is my cash Back" form under the Help menu. I did this for a missing rebate and they researched and shortly after, my rebate showed up.

Thanks! I gave it a shot, not sure if my camera purchase qualified or not. I hope so.
