Ebates question

Does anyone use ebates for internet shopping? I have trouble every time getting my purchase credit posted to my ebates account. I get the ebates pop up with a control number make the purchase and then have to email them , send them a copy of the purchase to get credit. I wonder if its me or them. I also referred some one and never got credit and they are also having trouble with them getting purchases credited. Thanks for any help. Carol

i have never had a problem with them crediting my account - i have found them to be one of the better reward programs

however, it does usually take a long time to get the credit - sometimes as long as a month or two

I also have used them for two years without a problem. I'm not sure if maybe there is an error in your account profile that is causing this? Have you checked that?

Thanks I will check that. I did get 1 credit posted for Penneys on time but all my others I had to send them an email about. Waiting about a month seems like a long time. For my first purchase from Office Depot I did wait a month and it still didn't post and I had to send them a copy of the email confirmation from Office Depot and then they finally gave me the credit. I just figured it might have something to do with my pop up blockers. I do get the ebates pop up with a tracking number and now I keep that number with the receipt from the company I order from.
