ebates question

I recently made a rather large purchase and forgot to go through the ebates site. Will they credit after the fact or am i out of luck unless i return and repurchase. thanks julie sapetti

Sorry, but just like any other rewards program, if you didn't link to the merchant thru their site, you're not going to get credit for the purchase.

If you can, cancel the first purchase. Then clear your cookies and re-purchase the item by going thru eBates. You can also do a return on the item but be wary...some sites will charge a re-stocking fee for high-ticket items. They may also make you pay for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was there was a mistake on their part.
