You're actually getting the 10% back from Expedia, not
DCL. Just keep track of your confirmation emails. Travel is "ebated" after it has been completed and not when it is paid for. If you are not automatically credited for your purchase, you can a trouble ticket and eBates will look into it.
FWIW, I have been successful submitting for my eBates that did not credit for travel booked through Orbitz. They're usually pretty good about it. Having thye confirmation email from Expedia will be the key to getting reimbursed. Don't delete it!
