both. should have been where are good places to eat. I cant seem to find anything open past 10pm

For after Illuminations, Flying Fish at the Boardwalk is open until 10:30pm on Fri and Sat, Palios at the Swan is open until 11pm, and Shula's as well at Bluezoo at the Dolphin are open until 11pm. All are great choices. Just be sure to not walk over after the fireworks with your car in the parking lot. You won't be able to get back to it through Epcot after the park closes.

If Wishes is scheduled early enough, head to Citricos at the Grand Floridian or California Grill at the Contemporary. Better yet, schedule your meal around the fireworks and watch it from the observation deck at the Cal Grill.
