Hi all,
I've heard there is a good selection of places to eat at Val d'Europe and that it is cheaper than in the parks. Can anyone tell me what sort of food and approx prices. Is there a food court or is it all individual restaurants? I've tried the Val d'Europe web site, but it's all in French!!
thanks

They are all individual restaurants. There are about 16 in total with lots of choice.
Im sure there is a hippopotamus restaurant which is part of a chain - Ive not eaten in the one here but have in one in central Paris and it was very nice

Im afraid a lot of that is still in French even with the translate clicked but it will give you an idea of the prices

Pizza place wasn't bad - about 9-12 euro for a pizza :). Didn't eat anywhere else but prices were cheaper than the park. There is also an Asian restaurant, a sushi bar, a branch of 'Paul' (sandwiches) and a seafood restaurant.

9-12 euros for a pizza, is that not roughly the same as DLP?

If it's a take-out pizza place then yes it is however I was under the impression that it was a proper sit-down restaurant in which case it is cheaper as the pizzas at Cafe Mickey start at approx €15.

There are several nice restaurants at "Les Terrasses" in Val d'Europe.
Two Italian restaurants: Prego at the Place Toscane (the square next to the shopping mall) and Del Arte inside. I think food at Prego is better but prefer the atmosphere at Del Arte. At both you have a three course meal with a drink for less then 20 eur.
The Chinese restaurant Dragon d'Europe is very good too. Here you have a three course meal for about 14 eur! Service is really (sometimes a bit too) fast in there.
There's also a Japanese restaurant, a fish restaurant, McDo, Paul, Cafetaria Casino, several sandwish bars. On the square there is a Korean and a Spanish restaurant.
So plenty of choise indeed and surely cheaper then the ones at Disney. However I still prefer the Disney ones (certainly those in the hotels)
