We are wondering the best places to eat at the CityWalk?

Here is what we have planned so far...

Bubba Gumps
Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville
Hard Rock Cafe
Nascar Grille

Considering...
Pastamore

Also, does anyone know anything about the Orchid Court Lounge's breakfast at Loew's Royal Pacific resort?

We are also planning on doing Breakfast at the Three Broomsticks (even though we heard the food is not great) and doing lunch one day at Monster's Cafe. Maybe lunch at Mythos another day. Does anyone have an opinion on their favorite lunch place in the parks? We were wondering about Finnegan's instead of Mythos maybe?

Just a note...we are both picky eaters so really fancy food is not our thing!

Thanks!

We only ate at Pastamore and Mythos out of the ones you listed. Pastamore was quiet and the food was tasty. Nothing gourmet but good and the prices were not outrageous.
Mythos would have been wonderful.. all the potential is there, but it was jam packed when we went. We were seated next to the window that looks into the restaurant from the waiting area. We were treated to kids and adults pressing up against the glass right beside our heads and staring while we ate. Cute at first.. aggravating after awhile. It was a steady stream of people with their faces in the window. Just a little awkward.
The food was great though.. we'll just ask for a different table next time:)

EDIT) Just read that you are picky eaters. I don't know that Mythos would be worth it in that case. Take a look at the menu, but everything has a twist or unusual ingredients mostly. That's why we loved it, but it would likely not be a picky eaters favourite. Finnegan's appears to have a more standard menu so might be better. Pastamore will have something just about anyone who likes pasta can eat. I had plain old spaghetti and meatballs as that's what I was craving and they were delicious.

We usually eat at Pastamore a few times when there, we enjoy the food there, also one to consider is NBA, usually get one of the best meals out of all Citywalk places.
orchid Lounge, what is it you want to know, pastries danish, toast ,cereal ,bagels etc

We ate lunch at both Mythos and Finnegans(on different days). We enjoyed them both but really loved Lombard's the most. My kids still talk about the supper at Pastamore- basic pasta but delicious for them, both picky eaters. We also had dinner at Margaritaville which was fun and we spent our last dinner at Hard Rock Cafe which was also very good. I don't think you can choose a wrong place! We really enjoyed all our meals and the atmosphere was incredible! Have fun!

We ate at Lombards, Mythos and Hard rock as well as Mels and Thunder Falls terrace.
Lombards was not great, ok, but nothing special
Mythos-FANTASTIC
Hard Rock -Ok, simple nothing great
Mels - mediocre at best
Thunder Falls- Excellent

and we also ate at Mama Dellas at PBH.HANDS DOWN THE BEST all trip

i've been to all the ones on your list op.

one i won't return to.

one place that i really like is Boulangerie at the studios.

sandwiches made to order on crossiant or rolls.
side of potato salad, slice of cantaloupe and a strawberry with the sandwich for a total of $8. something in that range.

you can sit indoors or outdoors on the front patio section and people watch.

blondies is a good for homemade sandwiches too. (ioa)

those two places do not have the food pre made which i like.

finnegans has a decent menu and food is fresh.
if you have complaints about your food, they will correct it and make it right.

i'm liking Latin Quarters and NBA City a lot more in the past years.
they might not be as popular but they do have great food...

if you have AAA, show it when you order.
you will get 10% discount off of food.
and also off of merch in the parks.

i stay at rph and have done food at Orchid Court Lounge.
it is ala carte for pricing.

it opens at 6:00 am so if you want quick, simple food before early entry to ioa, this is a great place.
free coffee refills so save your paper cup.

you can get assorted danish, muffins, bran, bagels, cream cheese, toppings, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, milk, toast, raisin bread, juices, etc.
there are a lot more items but i only named the items i eat there.

they are opened every morning and close at 11 with closing time at noon on the weekends.

it's all a matter of personal choice of food types but for me, lunch is better than breakfast at the 3 B's.

I like NBA City and the Nascar Cafe for simple food like sandwiches and burgers. We love Margaritaville but the hamburger is pretty bland. I get a salad (great on a hot day) and DS likes the steak. They always undercook his steak but he loves it.

Thunder Falls Terrace and the Confisco Grill are also good and have 'normal' food.

We ate at Bubba Gump, Margaritaville, and Hard Rock Cafe last year when we went. My favourite of these was Bubba Gump...the food was great and the wait staff make it an experience (hint: you should brush up on your Forrest Gump trivia;)). Margaritaville was fun and the food was pretty good. I was disappointed in the Hard Rock Cafe...I expected better from such a popular franchise. I hope this helps.

How do you feel about going to another resort for a meal? The Kitchen at the HRH has tastey food, and when we went there was a roaming magician who went from table to table for personal mini-shows. Delicious and fun!

And there is more Italian food at the PBR (never been there myself, but would love to fit it in our schedule someday)

I have been to several of these restaurants just last May. I think Bubba Gumps is very good, but I thought it a bit on the expensive side. The Orchid Court breakfast was excellent and I am not a fan of buffet type meals. It had a very good selection. I had the continental breakfast at Three Broomsticks and the included fruit was not ripe. Everyone else in our party seemed to enjoy it. I would highly recommend Mythos for lunch. Everyone in our party loved it.
