Eating at Epcot?

Hope you all can give me some suggestions. My family (me, DH and 3 boys) are travelling to Disney next month. Our schedule allows for one day only at Epcot. Can you recommend places to eat? We're looking for kid-friendly (Kids are 10,8 & 4), preferrably healthy meals and probably not a fish dish. We are rather limited in our knowledge of other countries fare, so your opinions on the BEST places are more than welcome. We're probably looking at counter service for lunch, and perhaps a sit down meal for dinner. I'd love to hear your favorites!

Everywhere is kid friendly, that is not a problem.

Check out wdwig.com for epcot restuarants. There are sample menus listed..this will help you choose a great place.

We liked Pure and simple for lunch, but I heard that is closed now. The American pavillion has basic burger and chicken strips. We like Le Cellier for steak (even has steak on the kids' menu).
