Has anyone eaten at Cape May? It is one of our Dinning choices. Clams and mussels are not our favorite.:scared1:

Please help.:flower3:

I am not a seafood person but I love this place...there are very few seafood items and the majority of the food is regular stuff

We ate there early May (a couple of months ago) and when making more ADRs for our trip next month, several in our group requested that we cancel our ADR there as no one wanted to return. We've eaten here before, but it's just not as good as it once was. Sadly, we are staying at the BCV and no one wants to eat at Cape May....The food is not bad, it's just that many of our favorites are no longer offered. We use to like the hot steamed shrimp, but it's gone now along with other favorites. We'll try again maybe in a year or two. :confused3

I just posted on a thread on the restaurant reviews board...it got a decent review and there are some pictures, so you can check it out and see the comments.

While we eat there for breakfast every trip and LOVE it.... we haven't done dinner there in 3 yrs? We have an ADR there for our arrival night since we're staying at the BC so I'm hoping it's still good. :thumbsup2 As I recall, the food is set up on 4 basic sections-only one section is seafood. The 2nd side is salad fixins. The third side is land-lubbing fare (ie. ribs, chicken, pasta, veggies, etc). The 4th side is dessert.

Hope you enjoy it!!! :goodvibes

We do not eat seafood or meat at all and this is one of our favorite restaurants. The selections on the salad side are great! There are two soups every night, usually one seafood type and the other some kind of vegetable. There are vegetable dishes, pasta, corn on the cob, and a HUGE selection of wonderful desserts.

We eat here almost every trip. We love the food and you don't have to be a seafood lover, they have a lot of other things. We usually just walk over from Epcot. Next month we'll be staying at the BC so it will be easy for us, but really it's a nice walk from Epcot. Don't miss the desserts!

ENJOY!!

Thanks for the quick replies! Looks like we will try it in August and will report back!:thumbsup2

We LOVE Cape May......we usually do a breakfast and dinner every trip :goodvibes. We aren't seafood eaters either, and we love the dinner buffet. There's so many other choices that you will have no problem finding things you like :).
