I know there is alot of Drinking Around The World. I have read reports of it and strategy and recommendations.
Are there similar recommendations and strategies for Eating Around The World?
I mean get something from each of the 11 countries and maybe the outpost. Presumably it would be quick service or kiosk food. If you had 11A-7P to accomplish this, no table service or proper meals, can you eat that much?
11 to 12 "eats" in 8 hours. I suppose it could be a cookie or fries or pretzel or something not too filling at many of the places, but it would still have a cumulative effect. And I would need to have something resembling a main entree I think somewhere along the line to keep from getting sick. But the Schwarma platter, which I love, would be too filling for this feat. And I personally couldn't do primarily sweets for 8 hours. I also can't do too much fried food.
So are there reports of this? Strategy outlines and recommendations?
Can someone point the way? Seems like something fun to try.

Wow, what an ambitious plan! I know neither my DH nor I could accomplish what you are planning, we are just not big eaters, more occasional nibblers.
What time of year are you planning your eating adventure? Reason I ask is that I think your plan would be easier to accomplish if you included non-alcoholic beverages/slushy type treats as part of your plan--and I find it easier to consume beverages if it is a bit warmer out. You are going around the entire World Showcase, so you will need to keep hydrated. I can personally recommend the shaved ice dessert offered at the QS in (I think) Japan--very refreshing, and not filling.

I would try eating just an appetizer or something small from the kiosk or QS from each country. You should try something that represents that country though. You can even buy a small portion of something in their shops. I know you aren't much in to sweets but try getting a package of treats from Japan or Germany etc.. would still count as "from that country."

The 4 of us did something similar to this on our last trip in 2010. We accomplished without needing to taken out by wheelbarrow by getting one thing at each country from QS and splitting it among us: nachos in Mexico, orange chicken in China, fish and chips in England, desserts in Germany, etc. Over the course of the day, it was more like grazing instead of gluttony :thumbsup2

My friend and I did desserts around the world. That was fun! We split each dessert and often picked smaller things.

Funniest part was definitely when we tried to get the apple eggroll dessert from China. We both bit into our eggrolls and were like "These are terrible!" But it turns out they were actual eggrolls instead, lol.

A few years ago we did a chocolate challenge. We found some form in every country except China or Japan (can't remember). We looked for some in Mexico (it was yummy)on our last trip, but couldn't find any.
