Eat in the park or not

I need to decide where to eat a couple of days during our trip. We will be arriving on Sunday, Sept. 12 and going to MK on that day. We can either eat at Liberty Tree Tavern in the park or go to 1900 Park Fair. Which ever one we don't eat at on Sunday, we'll eat at on Wednesday. So which would be easier, going to 1900 park fair when we're already at MK or going there from our resort (POFQ) and then going to a park?
We have PHs so we can go to MK to eat at LTT whenever.
This is my last decision I have to make and my trip planning details will be done!

Have you checked availablity for those restaurants? With free dining, your options might be limited. Are you going to have a car? Or are you relying on Disney transportation? You could take the bus to MK and take the monorail to the GF for 1900 Park Fair and then take a bus from there to whatever park you are going to if you don't have a car. If you have a car, you can drive to the GF, park and have lunch, and then drive to the park you plan on attending that day.

I already have ADRs at both of those restuarants for those days, that's one main reason why I need to decide so I can cancel the ones I don't need.
We will have a car, but probably won't use it. I was thinking that catching a bus to MK and then taking the monorail would be a good option to get to GF.

have the option, as mentioned above, I would do LTT while already in the park and 1900 Park Fare while traveling to MK.

It's not really a slam dunk. If traveling to the MK from POFQ, you would get off the bus and get on the resort monorail. You would use the same monorail to get back to the MK. The only difference would be that if you are already in MK then you would need to take the time to get out of MK to the monorail. If you are in Fantasyland or Frontierland that takes extra time. Either way not a huge difference.

Enjoy POFQ, it's become our home resort.

I didn't think of the time it would take to leave MK to go to the GF, it probably is wiser to go to the GF on the way to another park. We could probably save some time by just getting of the bus and going straight to the monorail. Thanks for the input, I think I've made my decision.

I would do LTT while in MK.

Then, to get to 1900PF you would have several options:
-you could either take a GF bus or monorail from whatever park you are in
-take a boat or bus from POFQ to Downtown Disney, then take the GF bus
-or take the POFQ bus to Epcot or MK and catch the monorail :goodvibes
