Easyclick travel

Has anayone had any experience with easyclick? I requested a reservation on Jan 10, it was one of the "on request" properties. It is now the 14th and I have still not heard anything. I have tried their toll free #, but it is not available from my area. I was not able to find a regular phone number. I have e-mailed them twice, but no answer yet. I would appreciate any info that I can get.

p.s. I have a reservationrequest # and my price that I printed at the time or the request.

It's been a year, but I did book a property through them and then had to cancel it a few weeks later. I'm thinking I must have gotten the number off the website. I do remember speaking to someone and my CC was credited. They were very professional and legit, at least with my transaction.
