Heres my dilemma. I arrive on a friday the 21st and was planning on maybe going to epcot for a little for the night but then originally I wanted to do Magic Kingdom on that saturday but according to his schedule it says that its the worst park to go to that day, so Im trying to decide what to do. What are your opinions ?
So we usually use Josh too but for the majority of our days, not all of them. Usually there are a couple days where his suggestions just don't work with our plans and we go against it. Do what works with your plans, especially if it's only for one day for a few hours. Even if it's completely terribly packed, you'll only be there for a little bit if I'm understanding your plan right. Also, a lot of people say your touring plan (like what rides you go on at what time) is more important than being there on a recommended day. I wouldn't worry about being at the park on a non-recommended day!
Just re read your post and saw you are wanting to be at MK on a Saturday on a non recommended day. We're doing the exact same thing and going against Josh's recommendations. I think as long as you arrive at rope drop, hit all the big rides you want to, slow down in the afternoon and do some 'anytime' attractions and use FPs wisely you'll be completely fine! Like I said, I think your touring plan really matters more than being there on a recommended day, although I'm sure the ideal plan is a recommended day plus a good touring plan!
