Any recommendations on parts of the city with easy transit access to both Roland Garros and DLP? We have a couple days of our trip where one of us would like to go watch tennis and the other would prefer DLP.

I would go for the area of Notra Dame and Louvre. On either side of the Seine. You need line 10 to Roland Garros and the A train to Disneyland. These two do not have a shared station, as far as I can see.

In this area you can walk to station for both destinations, just not the same station.
