We're staying at RPR June 22-26 and will have 4-day Park-to-Park passes. With IO now opening at 8am during our stay, how easy would it be for us to do WWoHP from 7am to 8 or 8:30 and then head to US to be one of the first riders on HRRR at 9am?

Basically we're looking to eliminate one day of getting up early, by experiencing the two main attractions (FJ and HRRR) which don't have Express Pass, on the same day. We're still going to tour both parks extensively during our visit, just hoping to sleep-in the other days and make full use of Express Pass.

I don't know that WWOHP will be open at 7a.m. those days. Usually the park opens at 9, and hotel guests get an hour before opening.
I digress, I would strongly recommend hitting ALL of WWOHP before leaving including Ollivanders (in fact hit that FIRST). Then, yes, it's extremely easy to walk over and get in line before the park gets really busy. I would say if you get there before 10 you should be good.

IO is now scheduled to open at 8am which means early-entry should be 7am. I wouldn't attempt to do both parks if there was only a one hour difference, but the 2-hour difference is tempting. My plan is to do WWoHP during early entry, then US from 9am to close. The next day, we'll sleep-in and then spend the entire day at IO doing everything except WWoHP thus eliminating the need to get up early 2 days in a row.

You could probably do that, but with a 4 day pass and staying onsite you will have plenty of time to relax and do what you want. :thumbsup2

Thanks! Believe me, relaxation and not rushing are exactly the point. My initial plan was to tour US all day on thursday 6/23 beginning at 9am with HRRR, then tour IO all day friday 6/24 beginning with 8am early entry in WWoHP. Now that IO will be open at 7am for guests staying on-site, we can do both FJ and HRRR at opening time on the same day. This means I only have to peel my kids out of bed one day rather than two, and we can rest and relax while using Express Pass the rest of our trip.

Got excited until I realized that we're going next week and they don't open until 9 a.m. (8 a.m. for onsite) ;) But how great that you have the 8 a.m. in June! I would drag myself out of bed to make that two hour window! Have fun.
