Easy question but I'm so confused

We are heading to Florida for a few days next month. One day we plan to do MK and then stay at ASMu that night. Can I buy tickets now on DWs website (some will be FL resident tickets) and link them to our Magicbands in MDE or will we have to wait for some kind of actual ticket? Will we still need to stop at the ticket booth before we head into MK for actual tickets? DH has given me the go ahead to buy tickets now in order to make our FP+ selections but I want to make sure it's not more hassle.

You can buy your ticket through Disney and should be able to link it to your MDE and book FP.

I'm not sure you can buy Florida Resident passes online. Somewhere along the way you have to show proof of residency for them. You should be able to buy others online.

In the event you cannot buy FL Resident passes online, I would still buy others and use them to make your desired FP. When you do finally get the FL Resident passes, you can try to copy the selections to them daily. It will be easier to get FP for some of your group near day of instead of all.

Yes, you can buy the FL resident tickets online, you just have to show ID/proof of residency at the park entrance.

If you buy your tickets online you can link them to your magic band and book FP. No need to wait for the cards in the mail or anything. I wouldn't think that is any different for FL resident tickets so some one correct me if I am wrong!
