Easy-Off Bam

Has anyone tried this stuff? It performed a miracle on my tub! I had tried everthing to clean this tub, even tried scraping with razor blades to no avail. I figured it was a lost cause but now it looks like new. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures but I really didn't have any hope that it would work, and especially not like it did.

I've not tried that product, but a while ago, I was posting here about trying to get orange stains off of my acrylic tub. It turned out to be iron from the well water, (even though we have filters in the water system!) My DH bought an iron removing cleaner, which smells totally caustic, but worked wonders! My DH kept insisting that it couldn't be iron in the water, but finally admitted that I was right. I've never lived anywhere with this much stuff in the water supply, but then again, I've never been on well water either! Where did you get that product and what kind of staining did you have in the tub?

I am glad to hear that it worked so well. We have VERY hard water and always have mineral stains in the bathtub, so I am always looking for something to clean them with. I will get some today!

It didn't work so well in my shower.

What did finally work for me was one of those Mr. Clean miracle sponges. (Well, actually I went through 3 of those).

My shower seemed to have a combination of soap and dirty feet stains (sorry if that's TMI, Kath asked) and the shower is one of those composite plastic prefab ones....

I got it at Wal-Mart but have seen it in the grocery store as well.

My tub was stained when we bought the house, hard water and soap scum I guess. It has never looked this good! I was at the point of having it resurfaced or whatever they call it but now I don't have to. I didn't even have to scrub hard, it just wiped off. I can't get over how clean it is, you really wouldn't believe the lengths I've gone trying to clean this tub.

I've been wanting to try this. Not because I have extra tough stains, but because I'm a marketing sucker!
