Easy Breakfast

Hi,

Where can I get an easy, no PS needed, breakfast in either Epcot or Magic Kingdom? Doesn't matter if sit-down or counter service...any decent sit-down places?

MK has the bakery on Main Street, sometimes hard to get a seat there.
At Epcot we like to eat downstairs at The Land. There are nice tables and quite a variety of food.
