Easter Weekend Booked!

Just booked Easter weekend, Thursday - Sunday. That's three trips booked from now till then, call me a Happy Camper!

I'm so sorry. Or, I mean... Congratulations! Any trip to WDW and the Fort is better than no trip.

I've been twice over spring break. Not sure I could handle it a 3rd. Of course, I say that now. If my DW said lets go and that was the only time we could get off, I'd be right there with you.

Have fun. Just know what you're in for. I know Mom to 3 knows. My 2nd trip during spring break, I went with completely different expectations and I enjoyed it much more. It was still crowded, but I managed it better.

Teamubr, we don't go to the parks, we are not crazy! We are locals, so we go just to be at the Fort for the long weekend. This will be our 2nd year spending Easter there. We do the same thing at Christmas, camp for the full week after, but no parks, just enjoy the Fort, play some putt putt golf, visit DTD, etc. We are annual pass holders, so we can visit the parks anytime.

Ha ha. I don't know if I could show that much restraint. I do live 1000 miles away though. It's funny though, when we went over spring break 2 years ago, we all went knowing it would be a zoo. Our attitude was we'd do the couple of things we really wanted and the rest of the time, check out the rest of the things in the parks that everyone else was ignoring on their way to the next ride.

Much nice, much more relaxing. It was also the only time we haven't stayed at the Fort. Friends invited us to go with them and we stayed in a 3 BR villa at SSR. It was nice, but not the Fort.
