The conventional wisdom I understand for Walt Disney World is that Easter and the week following is one of the busiest times of the year, and probably a week to avoid if you have other choices.

Looking for advice on the affect of Easter on Aulani? Week to avoid? It will be full but okay? Rates are affected?

For reference, Easter 2017 is on April 16.

Hello! We just went for Spring Break & left the day before Easter. It was busy but not so busy that we couldn't enjoy ourselves. Where we felt it the most was waiting in line for the slides or tubes for the lazy river. The counter service restaurant Ulu Cafe was busy too but it went smoothly. Otherwise, we just made reservations for meals. We toured the island a lot with our teenagers, so when it came to the actual activities for younger kids, I don't know anything about that. We had a great time & didn't want to leave! Rates were definitely at the highest during that time. We rented for part of the stay so that helped but those dates are hard to get with points.

Hope that helps!

It does help, thank you!

However, the difference is that this past year, the week leading up to Easter was also Hawaii public spring break, and spring break for a lot of the country (March) so next year the crowd will be completely different in April.
Next year, that April week is going to be a big vacation week as it's the tradition April break week for most of new england and other parts of the country, but mostly new england.
