Easter Week 2006

We are going to Disney Easter Week 2006. Just HOW BAD are the crowds and has anyone ever gone the week of Easter? We have older children (14, 12) and have been to Disney twice with them so we don't need to see EVERYTHING. What have been your experiences with that week?

Easter week is one of the busiest at Disney. Wait times can reach 2 hours at some of the major attractions, so you'll want to make the best possible use of FastPass. Are you staying on site? If so, the benefit of Extra Magic Hour will help (a little).

If you know you're not going to see everything and you're willing to take the parks at a leisurely pace without feeling stressed about the crowds you're already way ahead of the game.

Easter Week 2006 may be more crowded than it usually is (and it is usually VERY crowded) because schools up here in the Northeast have it as their spring break vacation week. That doesn't happen every year.

We wanted to go the same time, but opted out because it was Easter week. Going in mid-January instead!

We were there Easter 2005. MK was always crowded. The other parks weren't mobbed but full. This year, I think that daylight savings time will help with longer hours.
