Easter Night Arrival - Transportation

We're looking at a flight that would arrive at MCO at 11pm on Easter night. It's just 5nights at Universal, so I'm not really compelled to spend $400 on a rental plus another $140 in resort parking. Not sure how readily we'd find an UberXL for our family of 5 at that time. Any suggestions? Are Taxi vans likely to be available? Should we pre-arrange a Mears transport? Any suggestions would be welcome!

I second Tony Hinds. He has a van that is more than enough for my family of 5 and luggage. He is great, and we use him every time.

Similar for us.. we decided to cancel of first night hotel and stay at the airport. Last time we flew we had flight issues ( the pilot connecting flight was late) and we ended up arriving at 2am Florida time... besides being late it was a waste of a $400 room... then you could uber in the AM...
