What is your family having for Easter dinner?

We are having a potluck, and, so far, this is what we are serving:

Ham
Green bean casserole
Squash casserole
Sweet potatoes
Deviled eggs

:)

I have no idea. I've been working extra shifts and have been out of the loop.

I'm sure someone is "having" Easter since this is how my wife and her sisters tend to do holidays. Given that two are recently divorced and that I haven't seen any extra food coming into our house, I'm guessing it has to be the one sister-in-law that's left. That means way too many people crowded into her house and way too much noise.

Myself, I'd just as soon stay home by myself and have hot dogs (devout heathen here).

The only part of dinner I know about is the ham. My mom is having Easter this year since I had all the other holidays so I'm leaving it to her. We will bring some shrimp and the dessert.

We're having:

ham
fried chicken
corn
asparagus
potato salad
jello salad
rolls

fresh coconut cake

I can't wait!

mac & cheese
mashed potatoes (maybe)
broccolli
corn
pineapple souffle
salad (maybe)

coconut and peanut butter candy eggs (yum homemade by sis)
concunut cream pie
some other dessert i will make or buy.
pitzelle cookies (double yum by mil)

mystery apps that i did not write down but my cousin and sis will bring.

DD and I will be at Rose and Crown :D ::yes:: ::yes::
I don't know what we will eat, but it won't matter:teeth: :teeth:
Everyone have a great Easter!!

Boy, there's something I haven't thought about. Guess I'd better do it soon, huh? Since we are 1000 miles from the nearest family, and no one from church has invited us, I guess we're on our own.

Our typical Easter meal would be:
Ham
Macaroni & Cheese (family tradition for holidays)
green bean casserole
devilled eggs (not my personal favorite, so I'll probably skip them)
Various desserts

Spinach-Artichoke Dip w/ Italian flat bread

Baked Ham w/ Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Green bean casserole, and coleslaw. (I almost forgot the asparagus!)

Spiral ham w/rolls, potato salad, green bean/balsamic salad, deviled eggs

Chicken Paprikas w/ dumplings (This is our traditional hungarian easter dinner)

Birthday Cake(for me), lemon pie and coconut custard pie.

Dinner for 20, Happy Easter!!

Making it up as I go....so far
