Easter Crowds

Does anyone know what the crowds will be like the weekend after Easter? Our dates are March 29- April 2. Wondering if the crowds will still be bad?

My guess is that it will be crowded throughout March and April, because spring break is so scattered this year. Our break is not until the last week in April.

That's a good bet. Check the website and look at the park hours...the later they stay open, the more crowded it should be.

hello,

im just wondering about them checking the fotl passes during peak season.
I brought my sister for the 1st time this past May & it was ridiculous.They were not checking anyones passes for fotl,we had a massive group of teenagers cut in front of us & they did not have fotl passes,well they get on their cell phones calling all their friends & what do ya know before we knew it almost every ride had these teens cutting in line with NO passes.I was furious,i felt like we were at disney standing in line for 45 mins to ride with fotl passes cause the workers were not checking.I did make a complaint but whatever nothing was done.We finally left & went back to HRH to swim.

I want to go for easter but not if it is going to be like that again,we waited in awful lines due to not checking for passes

It should be busy apart from Spring break that weekend there will be 60,000 attending Wrestlemania as well

Oh, boy. I hate to hear that they may not be checking passes. We're paying $364 for a Universal hotel room that we won't even use for sleeping just so that we can have FOTL the week before Easter. I'll sure be ticked off and majorly complaining to guest services if lines are long due to not checking for passes.

you are exactly right,there were huge groups of kids probably locals but like you said we pay good money to stay onsite just for fotl.I complained to guest services but nothing was done.I was told they were under staffed.
I was majorly disappointed by this I am going to disney on easter but my kids want to switch to universal but i am not going to pay these prices for universal to sit back & do nothing about this.It is not fair to us paying the price to stay onsite.It really made me mad & at least at disney i know the lines are awful so who knows.we are debating now on whether to go universal or disney.I will not tolerate the line cutting this time.

Well, at least at Disney, you know there's free fastpass available to everyone, and that they absolutely will be checking the passes and will have staff at the fastpass entry lines. We arrive at park opening at Disney parks, and always end up leaving each day with unused fastpasses that we just didn't even have time to use. And we never wait more than 10-15 minutes for a ride at Disney (unless it breaks down).

We're trying Universal for the first time the week before Easter and I know it will be packed, but we're really counting on 2 days of FOTL with our one night at the Universal resort. If they're not checking the express pass entrances, I'll certainly be at Guest services requesting a refund of my hotel, since we're not using the hotel room - we only got it for the FOTL.
