Easter crowds vs. Summer ones.............

We will be in the WDW area for 10 days including Easter Sunday. How bad is it compared to June/July/August weeks? Worse or the same? I wasn't planning on going to the parks, but I don't think I will be able to be in Orlando and not go at least once.

Opinions please.....if it were you what days would you go?

I;ve never toured WDW during either of those time frames. I'll just bump this back to page one for you so that some of our veterans can offer advice.

Never been in the summer, but we've done Easter week several times. The busiest will be Easter weekend. Which day you go depends on which park you want to go to. Go ahead and go, and plan your expectations accordingly! We did this the first time we went during spring break - just one day at MK, no guarantees, just do whatever we could..... and we had a marvelous time! Everything was a "gift" since we went expecting nothing. We stayed from opening to closing (and the kids were little!) and crashed the next day. Very different from spending a week onsite! Have fun!

I have done both numerous times.

First off the crowds at Easter are probably worse in numbers; however in my mind I offset that with the beautiful weather.

It is definitely crowded in summer and I think I feel the crowds more because I am just so darn hot.

Oh and there is no way I would be in that area for ten days and not go to the parks! Realistically the best days to go would be the ones furthest out from Easter either way.
