Easter brunch in So Cal?

I'm hoping someone can recommend a nice place for Easter brunch or dinner in the San Diego area. As of right now we are booked at the Hyatt Mission Bay, so somewhere in that area would be ideal, although we have a car so transportation is not a huge issue.
We're 2 adults and 1 child, so somewhere not too over the top fancy or expensive, but somewhere nice.

I don't know if they do anything special for Easter, but Bali Hai (http://www.balihairestaurant.com) on Shelter Island has an amazing brunch every Sunday.
