Has anyone ever been to WDW on Easter and the week after? ;) My son is marching at WDW on that Wednesday :cool1: We are not staying on site this year. We have no idea what to expect with the crowds etc. :confused3
We are going to Sea World while we are there. Do you know anything about the Sea World passes, I am interested in whether the 2 day pass is non expiring?:confused3

We went that time 2 years ago. And while crowded we heard that the week before was way worse.
We bumped into about 5 families that we knew from home and that was strange- but really a great time of year. The weather was PERFECT.
Have a great time.

My girls don't know it yet but 2 families with their daughters are going and staying in the same condo complex as us. :cool1: They are going to have so much fun.

We have always gone around that time and on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest) the crowded will be 10s. Easter Week is the second most popular time next to Christmas. It will be packed but if you can get to a park at rope drop, you can usually get through most of the most popular rides before the big crowds show up about 10am or 11am. There is another lull about 3pm when the morning people head back with the kids for a nap.

I went this past Easter. Actually we arrived the day after Easter. There were crowds, but it was still very enjoyable. Some of the more popular rides/attractions had long waits (I remember 180 minute wait on Test Track) but many weren't bad at all. I'm a teacher, so my travel times are limited. I would never go in the summer, so it limits me even more. I went once in mid May and I couldn't stand the humidity. I'd much rather have a few more people than be sweating by 10am.

We went the week before Easter 06 and 07. The parks were very crowded starting at 11 am. We used EMH and left around noon, returned in the evenings--4 or 5ish. We were able to do the most important attractions in the mornings, but we have been a number of times and were not super concerned about doing everything- and it seems like you have been before as well. We also took days off in between park days to hang out by the pool, relax through breakfast, etc...Gave us all a break from the crowds.

I'd check the Sea World website on the pass.

I am checking Sea World. I have a question. I see on a different site that they offer a 2 day pass for around $70.00. Is it necessary to go 2 days? It the second day non-expiring?

What dates are you going down? My son is marching at wdw too. Colerain and northwest are going down April 1-6th. They are staying off site but we are going down and staying onsite.

OMG Lakota's band is HUGE. Last I knew was about 294 members. That does not include the freshmen.
