I am deciding between 1st 2 nights at an on site US resort (don't care which one never stayed on site at Univ will take recommendations for 2 adults, DD8 and DD1 at the time of travel), then 7 nights in a 1 bedroom, DVC points (some rented/transfered). Or 1st 3 nights Univ and last 6 nights DVC. I would assume pricing would not be much different. Maybe 200$, which is okay either way for me. It runs about 560$ a night for the 1 bedroom, based on transferring 10$ a point for what I will be missing.
1st question: price per night would be in the range of 250 - 400$ per night for US resorts correct?
2nd question is: if I do 3 nights then Easter will be at Univ hotel and not the Beach Club. I know they do activites like egg scramble ect at the Board walk, which would be walking dist and fine, but does Lowes/Hard rock ect any onsite hotels do anything for Easter day activites.
It is not nessasary to go to either/any parks that day, as we will have family dinner plans, and want to do egg hunts n stuff. If there is an egg hunt inside Univ or something that would be more than perfect. (My understanding is aside from a parade, and visiting the Easter bunny nothing special at DW.) So location for this day is solely based on who will have more fun stuff. Any help on Easter activities for Univ or resorts.
