Easter at 1900 Park fare

I read in forums about a special Easter brunch, and that it doesn't get released for reservations until a few months (weeks?) before.
Does anyone know how long before Easter this was released last year, and if you need to call as opposed to look on the Disney dining reservations website for this?

Not sure on 1900 but I booked for cape may cafe and in the reservation is says
Cape May Cafe Easter Dinner

I booked for Easter at my 180 day and it originally just had breakfast buffet & dinner times. I booked for 10:30am and was hoping for the Easter brunch instead of the regular breakfast buffet. I just checked today because I had a similar question and it nows says:
1900 Park Fare
SundayApril 01, 2018
Brunch
8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Dinner
4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

I am assuming that this is the Easter Brunch and it will be ok.

I have my Park Fare 1900 Easter brunch reservation already. It booked up pretty fast as there was only a couple times available when the slot first opened up. The reservation says Brunch at the Grand Floridian hosted by 1900 Park Fare.
