Easter AP 20%discount?

We have a dinner reservation at a table service restaurant for Easter. It's a black-out date for our Tables in Wonderland card. But, would the anniversary 20% special AP discount work that night? I didn't see black-out dates listed for Citricos.

I thought it would be, but I couldn't find it on the WDW website. Some individual restaurants show dates or times, but I couldn't find a blanket restriction for the entire list.

Yeah, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day (I think), Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day (I think), July 4th, Thanksgiving, etc. are all blacked out. During the week of Christmas, restaurants like 'Ohana (dinner) are blacked out during the week. It's unfortunate because we only travel during Christmas and we bought the AP because we're going again—during Easter. We plan on using it on 4/15, 4/17, 4/18, though.

I see no BLOCK OUT dates for your restaurant at Easter. Look here to verify which have them.

I'd go expecting it to be blocked out, and then pleasantly surprised if it's not.
