Easter 2012 Flights

Hello, I am new to this forum but have decided to book for Easter 2012 and cannot believe the cost. is there a cheaper way of booking flights as they seem crazy for March?April 2012. thank you for any tips and advice.

I KNOW!!!! We are going 3/24, and drivivng. But my parents are looking for airfare- they are going with us. Its like double what we paid this year in April. Keep watching- hopefully it will come down. Or they may be driving too.

What dates are you looking for and which airports are nearest to you?
I have seen reasonable Easter flights but possibly the offers have ended now, its very late for booking, usually better prices further out.

A Disney holiday has gone up quite alot is it just flights you need? As maybe try opodo and it will give you best flight prices

There's bargains to be had if you look hard enough and book at the right time.
Don't get fixated on direct flights or on going for a set number of nights. Be flexible if it's price that matters the most to you. Shaving a couple of days off your trip or flying indirect can save you hundreds.

Kath has hit the nail on the head about flexibility and changing the number of days you stay. We actually added 2 days to our stay this year and even with the Disney hotel for an extra 2 nights (we are however going during free dining so we would have no other daily expenses, which you would have to consider over Easter) it was still significantly cheaper because of flight deals we were able to get departing mid week instead of on the Friday.
