Is anyone trying to book at the 11 month window? How is availability so far, especially at BCV, VWL and BWV?

Congrats! Did you book day-by-day or at the end of your ressie? Did you get a sense for how tough it is to get a room?

I booked 3 nights in a 2 BR and a studio at BWV. I did it all in one day, but I was booking a preferred non-boardwalk view. I'm not sure what my luck would have been in a standard or boardwalk view room. I booked the preferred because I might be adding another night to the reservation at the 7 month window with my HH points, and I thought the preferred view would be the easiest way to do that.

I am also planning on adding 4 nights at AKV as soon as we can start booking there.

Just did 3/22-3/28 for a dedicated 2br at VB last week. No problem, but I did call day by day(was suggested by MS) because there're only 18 of them.

Was really surprised at the call volume, got right through all days including Saturday.

Booked BWV 2BR boardwalk view for March 23-30, 2008 by calling yesterday (April 30) afternoon (11 months out), not day by day.

I booked a 1BR at BCV for March 23 - 27. I did it day by day. I actually forgot to call on Saturday.

I did call day by day right at opening. I had no wait getting through. MS advised that I call day by day.

I am in the process of buying a resale contract for VWL. It has not gone to ROFR yet. Does anyone know what the current availability is at VWL, and does anyone have thoughts on easter week availability in a few weeks, and then once we hit the 7month window(to make reservations at other resorts).

I have a studio reserved at VWL for 3/15-3/20. It's my back up reservation in case for some odd reason I can't get AKV for that time frame. I plan to call on May 16 though to get AKV so I should be canceling my March reservation at VWL.

I called day by day for the VWL reservation but I forgot a few days and didn't call until late afternoon. No problem at all.
