East coasters looking for a hotel in Boston?

We are from the east coast and have found that it is going to cut
costs big time to fly from Boston......that being said we would like a hotel option near or easily accessible to the airport....maybe with the idea of parking our car there for the week.

Wondering if anyone else has done this or has a suggestion.

Hi, We found the same thing with tickets, especially when you multiply it by 6 seats ,Boston Is definateley less espensive. We have a park and fly from the Best Western (Adams Inn) in Quincy Mass. The price was right is all I can tell you so far,shuttle to and from logan with max of 10 days parking for $139.99.
As far as the room goes we havent seen it yet ,Ive been known to walk out of more than one hotel after seeing the room,lol.
We fly out on feb 25th so I'll know better then.Options nearer to Logan were quite a bit more exspensive towards the $300 to $350(7 days parking) for some and with a 7am flight I didnt feel we would be taking full advantage of all the ammentities at that price
If you want I can post here what I find when I get there.

We stayed at the Rodeway Inn near the airport. It has shuttle service and is CHEAP! as long as all you are concerned about is a place to sleep this will do.
YOu could leave your car at the airport. it was cheapest we could find for our trip to boston in November last year. Decent deal!

We flew from Manchester NH a couple of times, you avoid Boston, and it's a really nice little airport, and served by the majors and Southwest. (We got a "ding" and flew for...I think we got $59 fares to Orlando...) We have stayed at a Holiday Inn there, which will throw in the parking, and had a very good experience. Flew from MHT for 4 for the cost of ONE of us from Halifax. It's an hour or two less driving from the NB border than going into Boston proper.

thanks for the idea. THis time we already have our tickets booked for Boston. But I'm hoping that DH has such a great trip that we may be planning the next soon enough!!

Hello from WDW ,We stayed at the best western Teusday night zarvgirl and heres the scoop.Shuttle to the airport was awsome, no problems at all ,the room was clean and comfortable,parking looked to be fairly secure as well,I parked our Caravan between a new Lexus and a Mercedes so no ones was going to bother it anyway,seriously if your breaking into vehicles which one are you going to break into right,lol? However getting there is a different story.Its one of those places you can see but actually getting to it is a bit of a challenge.I trusted CAA for directions ,next time Ill use my own.Id stay there again for the price and service though now that I know how to get there
