Easiest way to get to restaurants

We will be leaving in about 2 weeks and I was wondering if anyone knows the shortest way to get from POR to Spoodles Restaurant.

Should we
a) take bus to Epcot and walk through Epcot and across the bridge to BW
b) take bus to Epcot and get another bus to BW from there...do they even have a BW bus there...
c) take bus to Epcot and get boat to BW...where is the boat anyway...

Help! I need the fastest route possible.

I would take the bus to mgm and then take the boat from mgm. If you go to epcot, unless you have already been in a park for the day, and have a park hopper ticket, you will need to use a day at the park to get into epcot and walk through.

So if we take the bus to MGM, where do we go to get the boat to BW?

After you get off the bus, as you are walking to MGM, the boat dock will be on your right (need to go down a hill). The BWI will be the third stop (S/D, YC/BC, BWI, and then Epcot.

the shortest way to get from POR to Spoodles Restaurant.

As others have said, your best bet is to take the bus to MGM, as this avoids having to take a long hike all across Epcot from the front entrance to the 'International Gateway' which is betrween the UK and France.

Remember also that the buses to MGM stop running about one hour after MGM closes. If you are returning later than that you will need to take a bus to Downtown & change, or take a cab.

Of course, if you don't need to return to your room to freshen up, you could take a bus from your park of the day (or boat from MGM or Epcot), direct to the Boardwalk.

The fastest way to get from POR to Spoodles is to take a cab - expect to pay $12 -$15 including tip.

If you want to use Disney transportation, the quickest is to take the bus to MGM and then walk to Spoodles. Walking is faster than the boat - even if you don't have to wait for the boat.

The walk is about 15 minutes - the boat will take about 30 plus wait time. The walking path is across the water from the boat dock.

If you have strollers, wheelchairs or ECVs along (or anyone who should not be walking in the heat), take the boat. It is air conditioned and quite comfortable. It is also a nice ride. You disembark at the Boardwalk and are just a few steps aways from Spoodles.

I'd allow an hour for transportation between the POR and Spoodles if you use Disney transportation. A cab will take about 10 minutes.

I guess we'll see when we are there. If we are running behind we should probably call a cab. If not, the boat ride sounds nice.
