Easiest way to get a rental car?

Here's our itinerary:

Arrive MCO
Take ME to Pop, visit WDW (2 nights)
Pick up rental car
Drive to Tampa hotel (1 night)
Return rental car to TPA

Now, I know one-way car rentals are a bit difficult, but I think this is doable. What I'm hoping to do is get a rental car on WDW property so we can avoid the ME trip back to MCO airport. (More time for fun!)

I called Enterprise, and they said the closest location to Pop was the airport, and the airport doesn't do pickups. I saw on the Pop FAQ thread that they DO pick up at Pop, but the rep told me no.

So what is our best bet? I have heard about the Car Care Center at MK, is that easier to get to than the airport? Should we just take ME back to the airport and pick up there?

I would book a car from the WDW car care center. From what I understand, they will pick you up at your Disney resort. I didn't know that when I rented from them last and took a cab.
